Wire Erosion
Wire Electrical Discharge Machining ( Wire EDM ) , also known as wire cutting, is used to cut very intricate and delicate shapes in materials that would be difficult to machine by any other method.
Milling
Our milling section can cope with a diverse range of machining using 3 axis machining centres that can run from digital files via CAD CAM to 2 axis machines for that second op work from previous operations.
Turning
Using our CNC turning equipment to cater for all sizes of work from 2mm to 400mm diameter & 1150mm between centres. All on cnc centre lathes where repairs are easier.
Small Hole EDM
EDM Small hole drilling is the production process for the forming of holes in hardened and exotic materials such as Inconel and Carbide.
